Smart Collector enables registered business clients to make payments through agents using cash, mobile money, or cheque. Revenue companies may request a customized USSD code for alternate payments. No additional registration is needed for USSD payments.
We may collect information from third parties to verify your details, such as fraud screening services and banking institutions.
Smart Collector logs details of all transactions, including payment method, transaction amount, and identifiers. USSD data is stored for tracking, security, and auditing. Users can opt out of Smart Collector services but cannot directly delete stored transaction data.
Transaction logs are securely stored and encrypted. Access is restricted to authorized personnel. Data is retained only as necessary for legal compliance and service operation.
